The U4Prez Presidential Election Is Tied For the First Time!

After days of nothing but the supporters of KT2020, attacking the Republican presidential ticket of Kempite/Friday, and after hundreds of fake votes being cast by her supporters in an attempt to smear Kempite by claiming that he was cheating, the moderators of U4Prez announced that KT20202 and Kempite tied in the vote.

The key figure behind U4Prez, Eric Gurr contacted both Kempite and KT2020 and asked them how they wished to resolve this.  For her part, KT2020 wanted a runoff.  As for Kempite, he saw fit for a another course of action.  He felt that the rare tie in the election afforded both himself and KT, the opportunity to lead by example by sharing power and working together to improve the site.  So Kempite offered to Mr. Gurr two six month power sharing schedules that would have allowed both KT and Kempite to serve as President for six months each.

But KT2020 never agreed to this even though Eric Gurr suggested that the power sharing move would benefit U4Prez by demonstrating unity and both KT and Kempite as for that agreement would have allowed both of them to stay in the forefront during 2011 when the presidential election would have a strange and profitable twist.  According to Gurr, the operators of U4Prez will  be offering a $10,000 cash prize to the winner of the 2011 election.

But KT202o still refused to accept the power sharing agreement, and so almost two weeks after the tie was reached, U4Prez threw Kempite and KT into a general election runoff.

According to Kempite, another election is not what he wante d.  He felt that given all the holes in the voting system, no matter who won the runoff, the same air doubt would exist over those results as did all previous presidential elections and the recent tie vote that was supposedly reached.  Kempite felt it would have benefited the site to have both a Democrat and Republican work together in rebuilding a new U4Prez, together.

Nonetheless, Kempite is confident that he will win the runoff despite the fact that he expects a falloff in the number of votes cast.  “Many people did not really want to vote in the first election and now that there is a second one, I believe some will not bother to vote again”, said Kempite.  However he added, “I do know though that my supporters are more committed both to me and the issues that I stand for, than are KT’s supporters to her and her position, so I believe we will prevail in the end”.

In the mean time, The U4Prez GOP and the Kempite/Friday campaign have reinstituted their Get Out The Vote effort and along with the Kempite campaign Chairman, Mduminiak, have been exhausting the internet with communiques to past and present members, and utilizing email, private messages, Twitter, Facebook and even the telephone, to get both their message and their vote out for a second time.

The election will end at midnight Monday morning and results are not expected for several days following that.

U4Prez’s Interim GOP Vice Chairman Resigns

C-Mach, the individual appointed by Kempite to fill the vacant position of Vice Chairman of the U4Prez GOP, has abruptly resigned from his interim position and declined to participate in the growth of the political Party which he calls his own. According to, Kempite, the Republican presidential nominee, C-Mach’s rejection of the the  U4Prez Republican Committee  is a disappointment, “I thought he had a lot too offer” said Kempite.

Although no official statement of resignation was offered to the Republican leadership and although no official reason was given, in a one line comment in a blog, C-Mach resigned his post.  He was later to have written in another comment that he resigned because the GOP was not actively campaigning.  To that, the Republican presidential nominee responded by calling that excuse both “unfounded” and “the assessment of a young man who is still easily influenced by the rhetoric of others”.

Kempite went on to say; “C-Mach has always been a most agreeable young man, and he tends to lose any decisiveness after reading the rhetoric and propaganda of the opposing presidential campaign’s supporters.  I am sure that given time, C-Mach will develop the confidence that is necessary to lead.” 

When asked if C-Mach is welcome to participate in official Republican events and votes, Kempite stated that he and others were “more than welcome to participate in any and all activity but at the moment C-Mach  lacks the confidence needed to lead those activities “.

Currently, Kempite has stated that he is going to allow the position to remain vacant until elections for the full 2011 term are held in January.

Hawk & C-Mach Appointed Interim Chairman & Vice Chiarman

With the final pieces in place for the U4Prez Republican presidential ticket, Kempite and Vice Presidential running mate Friday, have announced the appointment of Hawk as the interim Republican Party Chairman and C-Mach as interim Vice Chairman.

“Hawk is one of the first members of U4Prez and he has seen both the site and the Republican Party at its high points and at its low points. He has also been a regular participant in debate and a leading figure and representive of the conservtaive Republican cause. Few voices have beeen as consistent and straightforward as him. Hawk holds no punches in his defense of our nation or the rightgeousness of his conservative beliefs, and has proven himself  to be a commonsense conservative“,  said Kempite

As for C-Mach, Kempite and Friday have called him one of the most active and loyal members of U4Prez to come from any of the political Parties on the site.  Both men stressed C-Mach’s valuable work as the unofficial U4Prez BlogTalk Radio host and pointed to his dedication to his responsibility to insure weekly radio shows, as being evidence of his sense of committment and responsibility to all that he undertakes.

Having gone a year without any existing Party structure or leadership, after clinching the Republican presidential nomination, and after consulting with President Erock and Friday, the Republican vice presidential nominee, Kempite decided that it was incumbent upon him to set the wheels in motion for an active and productive Party apparatus that would help develop a platform and offer U4Prez Republicans a conservative,  issue oriented agenda to debate and move forward in the days and months ahead.

The appointment of Hawk as Chairman and C-Mach as Vice Chairman is an interim one that will last until the third week in January when eligible candidates can run for the positions for the full year term.

According to Kempite;

“I know the move will force some to levy charges of some sort against me for doing this, but the fact is we have gone too long without an organized Party effort to advance our conservative cause and now that the presidential elections are upon us, we must get our act together now rather than later.  In trying to achieve this goal, I have appointed two individuals who are deserving and worthy of the job”

Kempite also took the opportunity to appoint Freedom Defender to the position of Platform Chair.  In this position, he will be responsible for assisting Hawk and C-Mach in the coordination of the platform and the proposals that are to be considered in its development.

When asked what this platform will look like and when it will be presented, Kempite stated that he would like to see the platform hammered out as soon as posssible but that it certainly won’t be done by the time that voting in the presidential election takes place.  As to what it will look like, Kempite pointed out that while he submitted a platform that was similiar to his own campaign agenda, he is sure that all the collective opinions of all U4Prez  Republicans will not rubberstamp his suggestions, but in the end is confident that it will be a  “collection of conservative ideas that will move this nation in the right direction, once again.”
